As our business and team have grown, we have evolved into a technology company specializing in video, codec chip, and crypto mining chip design, while also providing comprehensive product application and system solutions
Products & SolutionsFounded in 2019 and headquartered in Canada, focused on ASIC business. Self-funded by a team of IC design & Crypto-Mining experts with an initial investment of $1M. Current total asset 10M. Plan to raise another 20M in order to continue funding the new VPU project.
In 2024, the company has ~80 engineers spread between BC and YYZ in Canada. The founding team has extensive knowledge in designing and building ASICs and has worked with global names like Intel on its 5nm BTC ASICs.
Key team members have previously successful experience in building various IC products from RFID for IoT, ISP for camera, to GPUs for desktop and cloud rendering applications.
Key team members have done business with global names like Amazon, Google and Microsoft for both IP and IC business. has recently completed the integration of a specialized team focused on Compute Express Link (CXL) chip technology, for accelerated growth by capitalizing on the increasing demand for both efficient video processing and next-generation memory coherence and expansion enabled by CXL technology.
